Doğa Schools (Arı İnovasyon ve Bilim Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş.) is a chain of schools and manage 104 campuses all around Türkiye and also 1 campus in Cyprus. The schools in total have 7500 staff members and educate 80.000 students from kindergartens to the end of the high-school education cycle.
The aim of Doğa Schools is to provide pupils with competencies that they can become multi-directional, participative, creative and sensitive individuals of the future. The teaching staff and the management of the institution are actively engaged in development and implementation of innovative teaching concepts. Among these concepts two of them are the most important for students’ development and they complement each other: MBA for teenagers (t-MBA) and Project Based High School Education.
In Doğa Schools' Education Model, rather than having subject lessons timetabled throughout the week, the students plan an idea and implements with their teachers that incorporates the different skills pupils need to learn into a project that has an impact on the real world.Doğa Schools implements "Ecological Literacy Programme for a Sustainable Life" which is based on an approach in which nature and the love of nature are included in every part of education, education is not confined to four walls, everywhere and every moment is an educational opportunity.
Doğa Schools provides students with the excitement of production through activities carried out in Ecology Classrooms and Gardens ensures that the subjects and acquisitions they learn in other courses become more concrete.Doğa Schools serve for school education to follow the curricular changes, improve the teacher training programmes, develop learning objects and online educational tools through collaborating with national stakeholders (provincial directorates, municipalities, universities, and NGOs) and international partners and stakeholders (universities, NGOs, and schools). Doğa Schools has conducted more than 40 school partnership projects, organized Blended International Teacher Training programmes in language and primary school teaching, virtual learning platforms and webinars.
